About this BVI Private Boat Tour

Three iconic islands. One incredible journey. This full-day tour blends history, reef exploration, and laid-back luxury in a circuit through the Southern Virgin Islands. You’ll visit Salt Island, Cooper Island, and Peter Island, with ample time for snorkeling, beach relaxation, and enjoying some of the best hospitality the BVI has to offer.

The route includes highlights like the RMS Rhone wreck, considered one of the Caribbean’s top underwater sites, and Cistern Point, a colorful reef just off Cooper Island. After a refreshing morning, we go ashore to enjoy lunch and leisure time at the Cooper Island Beach Club—home to a boutique, rum bar, ice cream parlor, microbrewery, and one of the prettiest beaches in the region.

We finish the afternoon with a visit to Deadman’s Bay on Peter Island, a mile-long crescent of powdery white sand and turquoise water that’s perfect for swimming and spotting sea turtles. With flexible timing and a local captain who knows the waters, this tour offers a rich blend of nature, snorkeling, and comfort.

An Unforgettable Experience with Friends

This full-day snorkel tour through Cooper Island, Salt Island, and Peter Island is perfect for travelers who want a mix of history, marine life, and laid-back beach time—all from the comfort of a premium speedboat.

We begin the day cruising across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Salt Island, home of the famed RMS Rhone shipwreck. If sea conditions allow, you’ll snorkel just above the historic wreck, where coral-encrusted remains attract reef fish, sponges, and sea turtles. It’s one of the most iconic underwater sites in the Caribbean.

Next, we stop at Cistern Point and Little Carvel Rock off Cooper Island, two reef-filled snorkeling spots known for calm waters and colorful coral gardens. After working up an appetite, we head ashore to the Cooper Island Beach Club, where you can enjoy lunch and explore the microbrewery, coffee and ice cream bar, gift shop, or simply unwind on the beach.

In the afternoon, we cruise to Deadman’s Bay on Peter Island—a stunning mile-long beach lined with palm trees and turquoise waters. Depending on conditions, you might spot sea turtles or stingrays gliding through the shallows. It’s an ideal stop for sunbathing, swimming, or a peaceful shoreline walk.

Your captain will keep the ride smooth, the drinks chilled, and the vibe flexible—adjusting the route based on your group’s preferences and the weather. As we return to Tortola, watch the sun dip behind the horizon and close out your day with a cold Celtic Painkiller in hand.
